My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-perfect experiences. The rooms needed a bit of upgrading but still looked stunning. The service was top-notch, with super-friendly and helpful staff, even offering extra blankets when needed. The location was good, though the charm of being in the heart of the old town made getting around a little tricky. The dining was good, with some extraordinary dishes. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
